The Pandora Table, a work in progress.

Pandora, the giver of all, in her youthful enthusiasm, inadvertently released the woes of man from her jar but hope remained. Thus hope is Pandora's gift to humankind.

The structure of the table will be made of specially sourced, figured, Honduras mahogany cut from salvaged wood especially for the Pandora Table of Hope

The fields of the table top and the front and side panels which will provide background for the inlay work will be figured white ash cut from salvaged trees and cut for this table.
